Return & Exchange
All product (s) purchased from www.elegentica.com can be exchanged within 3 days if:
The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had purchased.
You must notify us within a day of delivery by calling 0328-8744069 or email at elegentica@gmail.com in case you want to raise a dispute.
In case an item is found to be faulty or damaged, you will have to send the defective product back to Elegentica within 3 days of purchase. Upon receipt, Elegentica shall issue a replacement against the product mentioned in the Invoice.
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
Items purchased on SALE cannot be exchanged.
The actual color of the product may vary from the shoot image. So the actual color and texture
of the product may vary slightly from what is seen on the screen. Therefore product (s) cannot be exchanged due to this reason.
Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
The product is damaged because of use.
The product has been tampered.
Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, and freebies.
